Discussions will be facilitated by a Junior Officer Panel and a Senior NCO Panel. White Sulphur Springs is beautiful in the winter. You can look forward to outdoor actives such as hiking, ice skating (weather permitting) as well as climbing wall, an ice cream social or just sitting by the fire with time to read your Bible.

Topic: Humility in Leadership

Bio: MAJ Roman currently serves as the 304th Military Police Battalion S-3 Operations Officer and Rear Battalion Commander in Nashville, Tennessee. He served 8 years on Active Duty, 4 years in the Indiana Army National Guard and 3 years in the Army Reserve with deployments to Kosovo and twice to Afghanistan. He is the devoted husband to Aimee and Father to Aiden, Addyson and Avery. He has a passion for the Lord and loves military history.  Justin is an Austin Peay State University ROTC Alumni of 2006 and OCF member for the past 15 years.
