Be a ‘B&B’ Guest

White Sulphur Springs is a home away from home for many. You don’t have to wait until your next church or chapel retreat to have an excuse to come and stay with us—you can enjoy White Sulphur Springs on a space-available basis as a Bed & Breakfast guest. Our B&B program is available only during our Retreat/Conference season (September-November & January-May).

During our Retreat/Conference season, many groups do not use all the rooms in the hotel for their event, and we usually have rooms available during the week as well. During these times, you are welcome to come and stay as a B&B guest if space is available. Please note, the B&B program offers a special rate intended to make extra rooms available to the OCF family when we have them. It is not intended as an alternative way to visit White Sulphur Springs during our programmed events (e.g. Resurrection Retreat, ROTC Retreat, NCR Retreat, Summer R&R, or Winter Retreat).

There are many reasons to make White Sulphur Springs your home away from home. Here are just a few:

  • The next weekend your family needs to just get out of town
  • A romantic getaway for you and your spouse
  • Some alone time in a beautiful setting
  • Your next family reunion
  • A wonderful place to stay while you explore the Bedford area
  • Your hotel while you enjoy the local skiing or other attractions
  • A great place to bring your small-group Bible study for some fellowship

B&B FAQs

What is the WSS B&B program?

We want you to think of White Sulphur Springs as your home away from home, as a blessing for you and your family. We are happy to make rooms available to you during the Retreat/Conference season if you are passing through the area, if you would like some time away, or if you desire to be with other military believers. Rooms often go unused by our retreat guests and are available to you at a significant discount. Rates include a continental breakfast. Meal options can be discussed on an individual basis.

When is the B&B program available?

The B&B program is available during the Retreat/Conference season only. This season runs September through November and January through May. There are several special WSS retreats during this season that the B&B program is not an option for: ROTC Retreat, Resurrection Retreat, and NCR Retreat.

What about the summertime and holiday season?

In our peak ministry seasons, we do not offer the B&B program. We welcome you to join our Summer R&R programs and our Winter Retreat programs. We would love to accommodate you and your family for the length of your vacation. Dates are flexible and you come and go as your vacation plans allow. The Summer R&R programs run Friday to Friday, and staying for a week is optimal, allowing you to enjoy the full series of messages our guest speakers bring.

What are the B&B rates?

Rates are per room, up to a maximum occupancy of 5. Rates include a continental breakfast.

  • OCF member rate: $80
  • Non-member rate: $95

How much are meals if the kitchen is open?

If the kitchen is open during your stay, other meals can be added a la carte at the following rates:

  • Breakfast: $6.50 (NOTE: this will upgrade from a continental breakfast to a full, hot breakfast)
  • Lunch: $10.50
  • Dinner: $15.00

Note: A la carte meals for children 5-12 are half-price and meals for ages 0-4 are FREE.
