Prices and Registration
2012 Summer Family Camp/Winter Retreat

(these rates apply 4 Jan 2012 to 2 Jan 2013)
Costs per day/per person, including lodging and meals, are as follows:
Adults - $60.00
Teen (13-18) - $40.00
Child (6-12) - $25.00
Toddler (3-5) - $15.00
Infant (0-2) - Free
Registration fee:
For the Summer Family Camp and Winter Retreat, a non-refundable registration fee is charged to help us meet program
expenses. These include speaker travel, temporary staff salaries and teaching materials. A fee of $30 (single),
$50 (couple) or $65 (family) must accompany your reservation. For a two-night stay, only half the fee is charged.
For a one-night stay, no registration fee is charged.
Refund Policy:
Your registration fee (see above) is fully refundable if you need to cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival date. Within
the 30 day window, then your registration fee is not refundable. No other cancellation charges apply.
Discounts:
We offer a 10% discount on lodging and meals for officers in grades O1-O3,
and a 20% discount for enlisted members, midshipmen, cadets and other single undergraduate college students,
and a 10% discount for combat returnees (within 6 mo.).

Registration fee:
Of the total cost for Youth Program events above, a $50 payment is required as a deposit at the time of registration.
The remainder of the fee will be due upon check-in.
Refund policy:The $50 deposit paid upon registration is fully refundable if you need to cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival date. Within the 30 day window, then your registration fee is not refundable.
Non-Military:
Because our target ministry group is dependents of
military people, all other registrations will be considered on a wait status
until 6 weeks before camp.
