New Registration System Notice(as of 25 April 2011)Account / Login Information:If anyone in your family has attended a WSS event since 1/1/2007 (Camp Caleb, Allegheny Outback, Summer Family Camp, Winter Retreat, Resurrection Retreat, Volunteers or Advisory Committee), then you already have an account setup in our system. Please use this pre-established account and do not create a dulplicate account. All persons with an account should have received an email with their login details dated 4/25/2011.If you have not attended WSS for one of the above events since 2007, then please create a new account for your use. Confirmation of Family Information:Please confirm/edit your family account information, especially birthdates and chidren's grade levels, email addresses, and home address.Non-Military Members:Because our target ministry group is military members, non-military guests are welcome to register their children for Camp Caleb and Allegheny Outback, however these registrations are subject to availability. Children of military dependents are given priority and any remaining spaces will be confirmed to non-military children on the waiting list at six (6) weeks prior to the start of the camp session, or NLT June 1, whichever comes first.In using new online registration system, all non-military members need to ensure that they select from the "Waitlist" section in the list of available camps for your child. This waitlist section is located at the bottom of the page, so just scroll down to the very bottom and it should be listed there for your selection. In contrast to current policy, no deposit monies will be taken at the time you place your child on the waitlist. Deposit payment will be needed after your child is successfully moved to a confirmed spot in the camp session. Once moved off the waitlist, you will be automatically notified by email. (If you come to a spot where the $50 deposit payment is needed, please click "Back" on your browser to correct and choose the waitlist for that camp instead). Once inside the 6 week window or after June 1, simply register for the regular session. |
