Group Retreats

The beautiful grounds and charming facilities at White Sulphur Springs are available to host your retreat group on a contract basis during the spring, fall and winter months. Our Heritage House main lodge can accommodate between 150-180 guests depending on the makeup of the group.

Meeting Spaces

We can accommodate groups in a variety of meeting rooms:
Pettijohn Room - seats 200
2nd and 3rd Floor gathering areas - each seats 30
Activities Room - seats 30-40
4 Classroom breakout areas - each seats 15-20

Sound Equipment

Sound Equipment is available for use in the Pettijohn Room.

Meals

Delicious "all-you-can-eat" meals are prepared and served family-style , with mealtimes as follows:
Breakfast 8:00 am
Lunch 12:30 pm
Dinner 6:00 pm

Conference Fee: A non-refundable $6 / person conference fee must accompany your signed contract.
