Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor, Full-Time, Salaried (Part-Time negotiable) – Hiring

Location: Manns Choice, PA (Allegheny Mountains)

 About Us: Since 1978, Officers’ Christian Fellowship (OCF) has operated White Sulphur Springs (WSS) as a Christ-centered “home away from home” for military families, couples, singles, and Christian groups. Set on nearly 1,100 acres of rolling hills and pastureland, our retreat center offers a set-apart place for guests to be blessed, refreshed, and encouraged in their Christian walk as they draw aside to encounter God.

 The Role: We are seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor who views their work as a ministry calling rather than just a job. Reporting directly to the Facilities Director, this is a true “player-coach” role. You will balance administrative and supervisory responsibilities with daily, technical, hands-on maintenance. A primary and deeply rewarding aspect of this role is the opportunity to work with and lead college-aged young adults. You will directly supervise, train, and coach 3 to 5 EXSEL interns assigned to the Facilities Team throughout the year.
