Maxwell AFB Week at OCF’s White Sulphur Springs Conference Center
Hous and Tami Waring, OCF Field Staff for Maxwell-Gunter, will be the mentor couple for the week. Here are some incentives to fill up the hotel 19-26 June during Summer R&R Session 2 for Maxwell AFB Week:
- 3-5 registrants during “Maxwell AFB Week” means a 5% discount
- 6-10 registrants means a 10% discount
- 11 or more registrants means a 15% discount
- A registrant is a “single/couple/family which are registered as one group.”
These are in addition to the discounts you will see on the registration portion of the website. If you register for the entire 7 nights AND 11 or more Maxwell-Gunter registrants sign up that means a whopping 35% discount! Spread the word!
IMPORTANT—Here are some guidelines to register for this special offer:
- This special discount will be on top of the other regular discounts.
- This special discount is only good for registrants who graduated from a Maxwell-Gunter school in the fall of 2014, spring/summer of 2015, or are residing in the Maxwell-Gunter area, and who are registered to stay during the week 19-26 June 2015 (if you are PCS’ing this summer from the Maxwell area you can still claim the Maxwell discount!).
- During registration, in the “comments” section indicate that you are a “Maxwell Guest.”
- DO NOT prepay your bill, WSS will calculate the discount upon checkout.
