Three unique programs. Unlimited summer fun.

White Sulphur Springs is OCF’s Eastern Conference Center located in the foothills of the Allegheny mountains near the town of Bedford, Pennsylvania. We seek to be a caring Christian retreat center, set apart to provide an environment where our guests can be refreshed, challenged and strengthened in their Christian faith and relationships. God is equipping our guests to return to their military or civilian communities as ambassadors for Christ, prepared to “step out” in faith for His glory.

Allegheny Outback (AO!)

AO! is our six-day high school adventure program for rising 9th graders to just-graduated high school students. The group size is around 10-12 teenage guys and girls, two college counselors, and an adult counselor (usually a retired or active duty officer), which gives us about a 4:1 camper to counselor ratio. We hire spiritually mature counselors, and require them to go through our two-week training program.

Camp Caleb

Camp Caleb’s mission is to bring military youth into an authentic personal relationship with Jesus Christ, to strengthen their own family and peer relationships, and to prepare them for standing for Jesus Christ as teenagers. We accomplish this through Christ-centered teaching times, experiential learning, Counselor-child relationships, and peer sharing/ encouragement. At Camp Caleb our passion is to spiritually equip children to face the struggles of modern day society.

Junior AO!/Parent-Youth Adventure Weekend

Jr. AO! is a time for parents and their children to enjoy God’s beautiful creation and build great memories with one another. It is also a time to be away from the busy schedules and to hear from God in the classroom of the outdoors. Outdoor challenge is the main tool as we seek to draw parent and child closer to each other and closer to God. The Adventure Weekend is a little rougher than being at home (but only a little). We sleep in screened-in bunk cabins and use portable toilets. There are outdoor sinks but indoor showers (hot water in non-heated stalls).
